Before the breakout of Covid-19, I’ve already been a full-time mom who always complains about having no spare time to join a yoga class at the local gym. Sometimes, I took a walk around my living space, but it was on and off since I wasn’t into walking much. While I knew how crucial regular exercise is, I struggled to manage time to take up activities.
Then, the pandemic came. It completely changed everything in my life. During the quarantine time, I got tons of pressure. Staying at home for many days in a row, consistently dealing with my high-energy kids, lacking social connection, etc., all these things almost drove me crazy. After one month in that dire situation, I firmly believed that I needed to find a way to take care of and balance myself right in my house. That’s how yogadownload.com came into my life.
What is Yogadownload.com?
Plain and straightforward, Yogadownload.com is a website providing video and audio yoga classes for all levels. You can attend these classes by joining their monthly subscription (starting for as little as $0.25 per day) or purchasing individual courses you’re interested in.
What made me choose Yogadownload.com is that they have various online classes (even free classes) and programs that meet my needs. Especially, their downloadable videos provide flexibility for a busy mom like me. I downloaded my favorites for later uses; no worry about the internet connection.
Besides online classes, if you want to deep dive into yoga, I highly recommend you take a look at the music section and learning hub. For the former, starting from $0.99, you own miracle music for your soul. I’ve used these melodies before sleep time, when I meditate, practice yoga, and whenever I need to be calm. I have to admit that the learning hub, or their blog, is a hidden treasure for the latter. Thanks to their helpful articles, I have engaged better in yoga and known various recipes to improve my family’s diet.
From my experience, Yogadownload.com is a perfect choice for busy people, stay-at-home moms (like me), and introverts who want to find their inner peace but don’t want to attend physical classes.
What I like
Yogadownload.com is a good bang for my buck. After trying their free class, I jumped into the unlimited year subscription, which means it only cost me $7/month to access all their classes and download video unrestrictedly.
And here is the best thing, yogadownload.com helps me easily form a workout habit. There are no obstacles, like weather, cost, or time, on my getting-fit journey since I can work out right at my home whenever I have 15 or 20 minutes of spare time (often it’s when my kids have a nap or in the morning before their waking up).
What I don’t like
If there is something I don’t like about Yogadownload.com, It’ll be their massive classes and programs. As a brand new yogi, I knew that I had to start with beginner yoga classes. But, should I choose Yoga 101, or Basic Beginner Yoga Program, or Beginner Journey Program? Thankfully, I registered yearly subscription, so I could attend each class, watch them and decide which one is my right choice.
Final Thought
I’ve never looked back for signing up for Yogadownload.com. It’s also a game-changer in my journey to a healthy and balanced life as a stay-at-home mom. What about you? How do you make exercise a habit? Drop some comments below and share your story with us.
